I photographed and filmed a vibrant track evening for Harmonious House, the lifestyle and performance brand founded by ex-Ipswich Town captain Luke Chambers and former Wales international Emyr Huws. The event brought together members of their growing community for a high-energy training session, set to live music from a DJ that created an electric, feel-good atmosphere. Alongside the structured workout, the evening doubled as a showcase for their clothing range, with attendees wearing and engaging with the brand’s apparel in a real performance environment.
